Charnè built her career on one principle: marketing decisions should be grounded in data, not guesswork. Working across global consumer brands, she led influencer validation, campaign performance analysis, and creator strategy at a level where the numbers had to make sense before anything went live.

What makes her perspective rare is that she has never just been on the brand side. She has been a content creator herself. She knows what it feels like to receive a brief that strips the authenticity out of what you are trying to make. She understands what genuine creative freedom produces and what is lost when brands do not trust their creators to do their job.

When she arrived in Australia, she brought a perspective shaped by global markets where creator-led advertising was already being done at a high level, alongside some of the world's most exciting brands.
