Bright Current Marketing was founded by Charnè Naicker, a marketing strategist with over a decade of experience across brand strategy, campaign management, content and creator marketing.
Charnè built her career on one principle: marketing decisions should be grounded in data, not guesswork. Working across global consumer brands, she led campaign strategy, performance analysis and creator marketing at a level where the numbers had to make sense before anything went live.
What makes her perspective rare is its range. She has worked on the brand side, the agency side, and as a content creator herself. She knows what it feels like to receive a brief that strips the authenticity out of what you are trying to make. She understands what genuine creative freedom produces and what is lost when brands do not give creators the space to do their job. That dual perspective, strategic and creative, is what makes the work at BCM different.
When she arrived in Australia, she brought a perspective shaped by global markets and world-class brands. What she found was a market full of businesses with strong products and real ambition, operating without the marketing systems to match.
